Bruce and Matt are truly wonderful people! My dad started going to them 10 years ago on recommendation from a church friend as the only people to trust in the business. I can see why! They are very honest and provide exactly customer service! I will never take my car anywhere else. They stay busy for a good reason. It's always great to know they will take the time to do the job right the first time.

My car died on Frank Scott East and Cross Street today around 4 is and I was in a very busy area. I called Bruce's Auto Repair and Mr. Patterson came to my rescue. He hooked a battery charger up to it and drove it straight to the shop. These people really care about their customers.

I have had several vehicles in at Bruce's. He is very upfront and honest. After his staff looks your vehicle over, he will give you a call to explain what needs to be fixed. Several years ago I took a 5 year old Pontiac Grand Prix that I was going to give to my mother in for a tune up. Bruce called me up later that day and said that the car didn't need a tune up and was ok. Many other places would have went ahead and did the tune up to make a buck.

Very happy with their work and the overall experience. They are knowledgeable and were able to get my truck in and repaired in a timely fashion. I will definitely use again when needed. Thank you !
